This award recognises companies of any size that share innovative marketing strategies to help hosts and property management companies generate more direct bookings.

3. Best Software Solution

This award identifies the leading tech companies providing online services and software solutions which enable short-term rental managers generate more direct bookings.

This award highlights the owners, hosts or larger property management companies that stand out for their unique and successful approach to driving increased direct bookings.

What's Next?

 

Your Video Pitch

All finalists are asked to send us a 60-120 second video pitch highlighting why your company/service is deserving of winning your specific category.

Please ensure that your video is not a simple sales pitch but consistently relates to direct booking education/assistance and includes details such as your history, typical clients, community, mission and results.

Property Manager category - Please include details about your percentage/number of direct bookings and strategies that have significantly helped on your journey.

Language: As the Book Direct Show content is exclusively in English, we recommend that your video is also presented in English.

Length: Please ensure this is no more than 2 minutes in length.

Landscape: Please record in landscape format.

Deadline: All video pitches must be received by Friday April 26th. Videos received after this date will unfortunately not be accepted.

Sending the video: Please send your video to [email protected] using WeTransfer or upload the file to a public platform like Vimeo, Loom or Google Drive where we can access and download it.

Any finalist who cannot send us a video pitch will still be entered into the final vote but simply without any supporting video pitch.

 

The Vote

There is no judging panel. All registered attendees at The Book Direct Show/SCALE Show will be exclusively invited to vote for one winner in each category approximately 2 weeks before the show.

Voting will close at 11.55pm (CEST) on Wednesday 8th May.

 

Announcement of Winners

Votes will be counted and the winners will be announced live on stage by our Book Direct Show Headline Sponsors between 4pm-5pm on Thursday 16th May.

Winners will be invited on to the stage to collect and keep their award.
