As event producers we have an important responsibility when it comes to Covid-19 and the health and safety of our attendees, partners, sponsors, exhibitors and staff.
To comply with ever-changing legal regulations we ask all attendees to pay strict attention to the following safety measures to be implemented at The Book Direct Show.
You must not attend The Book Direct Show if you have Covid-19 symptoms or have been requested to self-isolate.
Before entering The Book Direct Show venue, all attendees must confirm the following:
- You are not displaying any symptoms of Covid-19 and do not feel unwell.
- You have not been required to self-isolate.
- If required by the venue or state law, you may be asked to wear a face mask throughout the conference and associated social events.
- You are aware of the risks linked to the coronavirus global pandemic and will ensure that you will follow all necessary precautions for you own personal health and safety where and when possible (e.g. by using hand sanitisers provided, frequently washing hands, practicing social distancing, using masks). You understand that The Book Direct Show organizers have taken preventive measures to reduce the spread of Covid-19. You will not hold organizers responsible for any subsequent medical issues.
